.Oil Description

  The basic function of gas engine oil includes the reduction of frication ,lustration ,cooling, pressurizing and anti-corrosion.

◆     Gas engine oil is easy to be aging and degenerating either due to the inleakage of water,coolant,fuel,smoking ash,carbon matter,or the absorption of dust and metal scraps and the dissoluble and infusible oxidation of itself.Using this sort of oil may make piston ring felt,oil way jam,corrosion and sedimentation increase and the abrasion process aggravate.Therefore,gas engine oil must be treated in time to restore the performance of oil product,cut down the expense on oil purchasing and save oil resorce.

IVProduct description

LYE series oil filter machine can treat with regeneration of waste gas engine oil. It not only removes the impurities, water, and acid matter, organic and inorganic acid effectively, but also can remove carbon particulate matter and peroxides. In gas engine oil, bitumen and colloid and other sludge can be removed similarly. After treatment by the machines, the color of the treated oil is recovered and the quality indexes are improved too so as to resume the performance of gas engine oil, to keep the engine in good lubricating conditions, to guarantee lubricating system of gas engine to work properly and to prolong the service life of gas engine and oil, finally, to economize expense on oil purchasing and save oil resource.

V. Features

1. Adopting high-precision stainless steel strainer with excellent mechanical intensity and long service life, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant, it can intensively remove particulate matter from waste oil.

5. As for the mixed gas which is pumped by vacuum pump, through some methods such as exhaust treatment, rundle cooling, condensation, purification, filtration to reinforce the efficient output power of the machine, prolong the service life of vacuum pump largely. It not only protects the vacuum pump, but also makes the discharge gas clean and accord with environmental requirements.

6. This system adopts advanced indefinite oil temperature control device, which can set the top and bottom oil temperature discretionarily to avoid frequent motions of beating AC contract and prolong the service life of AC contract.

7. This plant is equipped with integrated protection devices. Through each executive component, it can realize overall self-protection to the temperature, pressure, vaccum level, ultra-pressure etc.

Overworking principle

  1. 1.      Working principle

Waste oil is pumped into reaction system through oil pump, adding certain amounts of flocculant and de-coloring additives into it, mixing and heating. Then with electric-charged particulate becomes big one under the effect of coacervation in waste oil by physical, chemical and sorption effects. At the same time, harmful gas is removed through the effect of degassing and dewatering, then cooling and filtering. After that, the oil enters into high precision strainer to filter off impurities; finally purified oil with regeneration like base oil is formed.

The machine is composed of following systems:

VIII. Testing and Installation

Preparations and hecking-up prior to operation:

  1. This machine is assembled equipment with several components. After the machine transported to the locate, put it steadily and check whether each part is intact.
  2. Connect steadily and correctly according to process diagram and structure diagram. Connect inlet/outlet oil pipes and pipe of compressing air.
  3. Connect the power supply and ground line correctly. Check whether phase order relay is right(Green light shows right, red light shows  the wrong phase order, please change the phase).
  4. Inspecting the connection of switch cabinet, oil pump, vacuum pump and heater. Make sure the temperature sensor is in the proper position and connected steadily and reliability.
  5. Inspecting whether the oil level in circulative oil box is enough or not(the well-balanced oil level locate at1/3~1/2 of circulative oil box), meanwhile, keeping discharge valve 45 open. (note: Must keeping it open frequently from dangerous when the machine is running)
  6. Close the valve 32 for exhaust gas processor M2 and keep the valve 34 always open. Add the acetum solution with thickness 98%(10Kg) to the height of position of valve 34(the solution Is above 800 liters). Start up the gas exhausting machine N1 and gas exhausting machine N2.(According to fat need, Sappropriate completment acetum, acetum, Insare exhaust gas disposal cooling purpose.)
  7. The strainer sheets can be installed as following:
  8. After installing the “O-type” circle on tie-in of the entrance of strainer sheet, plugging into tube which is used for collecting liquid in the filtration tin in sequence and then press tightly.
    1. Before filtration device is in use, check whether the fast-open bolt is fastened(test the airproof conditions with 0.4MPa compressed air for 5 minutes) in order to keep perfect airproof conditions between tank cover and tank body.(attention: after the airproof test, must discharge the compressed air in the filtration device in case danger happens)
    2. If the strainer sheet is damaged in the process of cleaning, they still can be restored by welding with tin.
    3. After strainer sheet is cleaned every time, the  “O-type” circle blow the strainer sheet should be checked carefully. If there are any damage, the  “O-type” circle should be replaced.

IX. Operation

  Operation procedure of control panel:

  1. The outer connection of control panel (see connection diagram of electric machine), connect 380V 3ph 4-line A-C electricity from underside aperture of control box, the shell of control panel must be connected with the ground reliably.
  2. Switch on the power supply, the indication light lightens, that is to say the power supply is put through.
  3. Circulation pump and temperature controller control the starting and stopping of heater together. When heating, should set the temperature controller is on the working temperature (the recycle oil temperature is 190℃ and reactor temperature is 140℃). Start recycle pump and heat the oil through heater, when the temperature reaches the set point, temperature controller can cut off heater automatically. So the temperature controller possesses the functions of automatic heating and keeping constant temperature, it can prevent heater from hurting for insufficient working.
  4. After stopping operating, switch off the primary power supply, and then lock the door of power supply box.

EGINE OIL RECYCLING SYSTEM :
